To date, the list of services Symetrix provides its customers is substantial and ever-increasing. The question arose, "How can we provide accurate data to our customers in a timely and efficient manner?" The answer was simple. Provide a web-based application for our customers, a 'Portal' that will allow them to see any information relating to their company or the Symetrix Services they employ.

The Symetrix Customer Portal will allow access to reports for various services, as well as empower our customers to reference information about their own IT infrastructure.

Using the Customer Portal is easy. Once your Company has entered into a service agreement with Symetrix, we will provide the necessary login user names and passwords to the Portal.
