Service was initially restored at 11:30 AM. We found that the firewall had locked up and was not responding. After power-cycling the firewall everything began to work normally. We were planning to swap out this aging firewall later this evening, but given the circumstances decided to move up that timeline. So there was another brief outage at 1:15 PM as we deployed the new firewall. All services are working normally and we will continue to monitor and test throughout the day.
