We have been in contact with Windstream representatives who have confirmed there is a fiber-optic cable cut somewhere in or near Chattanooga, TN. Repairs are underway, however, they have not issued an estimate of when the repairs will be completed. Another source tells us that over 10,000 customers are being affected by this outage. For some of our clients that also use Windstream their phones and Internet are down, whereas for others, just their Internet is down. We will continue to monitor this situation and will pass along any relevant information. Thank you.
