Symetrix experienced an issue this morning with our mail server. Some were able to receive email but not send whereas others could not send or receive email. We found that a defrag maintenance task was still running on the mail server and causing it to use too many resources. We killed that task and email began to work normally. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.
